【摘要】：目的:探討新人伍女兵功能性下丘腦性閉經(jīng)(FHA)者與月經(jīng)正常者激素水平及心理健康狀況的差異。方法:在某部隊新人伍女兵98人接受了為期近4個月的體能訓(xùn)練之后,有54人出現(xiàn)閉經(jīng).其中閉經(jīng)3個月以上者有35人(研究組)。訓(xùn)練后月經(jīng)正常、在采血時月經(jīng)周期處于第5～11天者有26人(對照組)。分別測定她們血清中的促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)、睪酮(T)、ACTH、T_3、T_4的水平,并用SCL-90分別評定她們的心理健康狀況。結(jié)果:FHA 者血清FSH 值為4.96±1.73 mIU/ml,LH 值為2.63±1.78 mIU/ml,E_2的值為7.23±5.37 pg/ml,對照組血清相應(yīng)值為10.73±2.30mIU/ml、12.31±2.15mIU/ml、41.67±6.13pg/ml,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),閉經(jīng)組低于對照組。FHA 組SCL-90的軀體化、人際敏感、抑郁、焦慮及其他因子分大于2的比率分別為:51.4%、42.9%、48.6%、51.4%及37.1%;而對照組這5項分值大于2的比率分別為15.4%、15.4%、19.2%、21.3%及11.5%,兩組間這5個因子大于2的人數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)顯著意義(P0.05),閉經(jīng)組高于對照組。結(jié)論:診斷為FHA 的女兵與月經(jīng)正常女兵的激素水平有差異,閉經(jīng)組心身癥狀的發(fā)生率也高于對照組。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the difference of hormone level and mental health between the patients with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (FHA) and those with normal menstruation. Methods: after 98 new female soldiers received physical training for nearly 4 months, 54 had amenorrhea. Thirty-five of them had amenorrhea for more than 3 months (study group). After training, the menstrual cycle was normal, and 26 patients were in the 5 ~ 11 days of menstrual cycle (control group). The serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH),) and progesterone (P), prolactin (PRL),) testosterone (T), ACTH,T_3,T_4 were measured respectively. SCL-90 was used to evaluate their mental health. Results: the serum FSH values of FHA patients were 4.96 鹵1.73 mIU/ml,LH, 2.63 鹵1.78 mIU/ml,E_2, 7.23 鹵5.37 pg/ml, 10.73 鹵2.30, 12.31 鹵2.15, respectively, and the corresponding values were 10.73 鹵2.30mIU / ml and 12.31 鹵2.15mIU / ml in the control group, and the corresponding values in the control group were 7.23 鹵5.37 pg/ml,. The scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and other factors were 51.4%, 42.9% in the amenorrhea group and 42.9% in the control group, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and other factors in the SCL-90 group were 51.4% and 42.9%, respectively. 48.6%, 51.4% and 37.1%; In the control group, 15.4%, 15.4%, 19.2%, 21.3% and 11.5% of the five factors were more than 2, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the number of people whose 5 factors were greater than 2 (P0.05). The amenorrhea group was higher than the control group. Conclusion: the hormone level of female soldiers diagnosed as FHA is different from that of normal female soldiers, and the incidence of psychosomatic symptoms in amenorrhea group is also higher than that in control group.
