【摘要】：目的了解我軍衛(wèi)生防疫人員對培訓(xùn)的需求情況 ,為進(jìn)一步研究軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫防護(hù)訓(xùn)練法提供資料。方法以參加全軍 1～ 5期衛(wèi)生防疫所長培訓(xùn)班學(xué)員所在的防疫機(jī)構(gòu)為抽樣主體 ,采取整群抽樣與多層抽樣相結(jié)合的方法 ,抽取 315名軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫人員進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果(1)訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容 :按需求依次排列為 ,心理疾病預(yù)防知識 (75 .8% ) ,核化生武器防護(hù)知識 (5 9.5 % ) ,新技術(shù)新理論的學(xué)習(xí) (5 6 .4 % ) ,衛(wèi)生防疫基礎(chǔ)知識 (5 1.0 % ) ,衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理、衛(wèi)勤知識 (47.1% ) ,常見及緊急疫情處理知識 (45 .7% )。 (2 )訓(xùn)練方式 :認(rèn)可采用學(xué)習(xí)教材知識與疫情或具體問題模擬演練相結(jié)合的方式的人員占總數(shù)的 6 3.8%。 (3)訓(xùn)練時間 :315人中 ,認(rèn)為需要參加培訓(xùn)的2 10人 ,其中選擇脫產(chǎn)訓(xùn)練 7～ 30d的占 76 .2 %。結(jié)論建議根據(jù)需求修訂軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫教育訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃和內(nèi)容 ,拓寬培訓(xùn)渠道 ,以專題短訓(xùn)班方式開展衛(wèi)生防疫教育訓(xùn)練 ,重點(diǎn)提高辦學(xué)效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the training requirements of our army's health and epidemic prevention personnel, and to provide data for further study on the training method of military health and epidemic prevention and protection.Methods 315 military health and epidemic prevention personnel were investigated by means of cluster sampling and multi-layer sampling, taking the organization in which the students were in the training course of health and epidemic prevention in the 1st ~ 5th session of the army as the main body of the sample and adopting the method of combining cluster sampling with multi-layer sampling to select 315 military health and epidemic prevention personnel.Results 1) the content of training: according to the demand, 75. 8% of mental disease prevention knowledge, 59.5% of nuclear and chemical weapon protection knowledge, 56. 4% of new technology and new theory), 51.0% of basic knowledge of health and epidemic prevention).Health management, health service knowledge 47.1%), common and emergency situation management knowledge of 45. 7%.(2) training method: 63.8% of the personnel approved to adopt the method of combining the knowledge of learning materials with the simulation exercise of epidemic situation or specific problems accounted for 63.8% of the total.(3) of the 210 people who thought it was necessary to take part in the training, 76. 2% of them chose to take part in the training for 7 ~ 30 days.Conclusion it is suggested that the training plan and contents of military health and epidemic prevention education should be revised according to the demand, the training channels should be broadened, and the special training should be carried out in order to improve the efficiency of running a school.
