MSCT重建、重組層厚對正常腎上腺MPR圖像質(zhì)量的影響

【摘要】:目的 探討多層螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)重建、重組層厚對正常腎上腺MPR(multiplanar reformatted)圖像質(zhì)量的影響。 材料與方法 使用Somatom64層螺旋CT掃描機對72例行肝臟增強掃描的患者(雙側腎上腺正常)的腎上腺圖像進行后處理,,對腎上腺區(qū)的原始數(shù)據(jù)進行不同層厚原始軸位圖像進行重建,重建層厚分別為0.6mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm,重疊率均為70%;用不同層厚的原始軸位圖像進行MPR冠狀位重組,重組層厚為0.6mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm;應用雙盲法評價各組MPR圖像質(zhì)量、測量圖像的信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)并進行統(tǒng)計學處理。 結果 1.0mm/1.5mm(原始軸位圖像重建層厚/MPR圖像重組層厚)、1.0mm/2.0mm、1.5mm/2.0mm層厚重建、重組MPR圖像的信噪比和圖像質(zhì)量評分高,與其他組間有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),其三組組間無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。 結論 腎上腺體積小而薄,所以本研究推薦使用1.0mm/1.5mm層厚進行MPR圖像重建、重組,能更好觀察腎上腺的形態(tài),同時也保證較好的圖像質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral computed tomographic CT (MSCT) reconstruction and recombined slice thickness on the image quality of normal adrenal (multiplanar reformatted). Materials and methods the adrenal gland images of 72 patients (bilateral adrenal gland normal) were postprocessed by Somatom 64 slice spiral CT scanner. The original data of the adrenal area were reconstructed by the original axial images with different thickness. The reconstructed layer thickness was 0.6 mm ~ 1.0 mm ~ 1.5 mm ~ 2.0 mm, respectively, and the overlap rate was 70%, respectively, and the MPR coronal reconstruction was carried out with the original axial images of different layers thickness, the reconstructed layer thickness was 0.6 mm ~ 1.0 mm ~ 1.5 mm ~ 2 mm ~ 2.0 mm. The image quality of each group was evaluated by double blind method, and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the image was measured and processed statistically. Results 1.0mm/1.5mm (original axial image reconstruction layer thickness / MPR reconstruction layer thickness) was 1.0 mm / 2.0 mm and 1.5 mm / 2.0 mm thick. The SNR and image quality score of reconstructed MPR images were higher than those of other groups (P0.05), but there was no statistical difference among the three groups (P0.05). Conclusion the volume of adrenal gland is small and thin, so we recommend the use of 1.0mm/1.5mm slice thickness to reconstruct and reconstruct the adrenal gland, which can better observe the shape of adrenal gland and ensure the better image quality.
