KGN修復軟骨、促進腱-骨愈合作用的研究進展

【摘要】:交叉韌帶斷裂、肩袖損傷等肌腱損傷是常見的運動損傷,腱-骨連接結(jié)構(gòu)愈合是其治療關(guān)鍵,但其愈合困難是目前臨床一大難題。促進腱-骨愈合是修復肌腱損傷、防止再撕裂的關(guān)鍵,但是目前還沒有能有效、持續(xù)促進肌腱損傷修復術(shù)后腱-骨連接結(jié)構(gòu)恢復的方法。應用各種來源的干細胞及細胞因子等生物治療方法在促進腱-骨愈合方面受到了廣泛關(guān)注,其中骨髓間充質(zhì)干細胞(BMSCs)是研究的熱點。小分子化合物Kartogenin(KGN)被發(fā)現(xiàn)能夠顯著誘導BMSCs向軟骨分化,具有極強的促進軟骨形成和腱-骨愈合作用,且與藥物釋放系統(tǒng)整合后能更好的發(fā)揮效能。本文就KGN修復軟骨、促進腱-骨愈合方面的研究作一綜述,為臨床上促進軟骨修復、提高腱-骨損傷的治療效果提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Tendon injuries such as cruciate ligament rupture and rotator cuff injury are common sports injuries. The healing of tendon-bone junction structure is the key to its treatment, but the difficulty of healing is a major clinical problem at present. Promoting tendon-bone healing is the key to repair tendon injury and prevent further tear, but there is no effective method to promote the recovery of tendon-bone junction structure after tendon injury repair. The application of stem cells and cytokines has attracted much attention in the field of tendon-bone healing, among which bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are the focus of research. Kartogenin (KGN), a small molecule compound, has been found to induce the differentiation of BMSCs into cartilage, which can promote cartilage formation and tendon-bone healing, and can play a better role when integrated with drug release system. This article reviews the research on the repair of cartilage and the healing of tendon-bone by KGN, which provides a new idea for promoting cartilage repair and improving the therapeutic effect of tendon-bone injury in clinic.
