【摘要】：目的探討關(guān)節(jié)鏡下FAST-FIX縫合修復(fù)半月板縱裂初期臨床效果。方法 2011年10月至2013年4月,對(duì)46例半月板縱裂患者采用關(guān)節(jié)鏡下FAST-FIX縫合器全內(nèi)縫合修復(fù)術(shù)。根據(jù)大腿周徑、單腿跳遠(yuǎn)測(cè)試及關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)范圍進(jìn)行臨床客觀評(píng)估,并采用疼痛視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS)、Lysholm評(píng)分、Tegner評(píng)分及國(guó)際膝關(guān)節(jié)文獻(xiàn)委員會(huì)膝關(guān)節(jié)評(píng)估表(IKDC)主觀評(píng)分進(jìn)行膝關(guān)節(jié)主觀功能評(píng)估。結(jié)果術(shù)后隨訪30~36個(gè)月,平均(32.95±2.48)個(gè)月�；颊咔锌诰黄谟�,無(wú)其他并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。術(shù)前健側(cè)與末次隨訪患側(cè)大腿周徑、單腿跳遠(yuǎn)測(cè)試及關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)范圍差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;術(shù)前與末次隨訪患側(cè)VAS評(píng)分、Lysholm評(píng)分、Tegner評(píng)分及IKDC主觀評(píng)分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論采用關(guān)節(jié)鏡下FAST-FIX縫合修復(fù)半月板縱裂能最大限度地保留半月板功能,臨床療效好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic FAST-FIX suture for meniscus longitudinal fissure. Methods from October 2011 to April 2013, 46 patients with longitudinal meniscus were treated with arthroscopic total suture with FAST-FIX suture. According to thigh circumference, single leg long jump test and joint motion range, The subjective function of knee joint was evaluated by visual analogue pain score (VAS), Lysholm score and Tegner score, as well as the subjective score of the knee Joint Assessment form (IKDC) of the International knee Literature Committee. Results the follow-up period was 30 ~ 36 months (mean 32.95 鹵2.48 months). All the incisions healed at the first stage, and no other complications occurred. There were significant differences in thigh circumference, single leg long jump test and joint motion range between the healthy side and the last follow-up, and there were significant differences between the preoperative and the last follow-up VAS score, Lysholm score, Tegner score and IKDC subjective score. Conclusion arthroscopic FAST-FIX suture for meniscus longitudinal fissure can preserve the meniscus function to the maximum extent, and the clinical effect is good.
