【摘要】：目的對(duì)比空軍招飛醫(yī)學(xué)選拔復(fù)選和定選中腎下垂檢查結(jié)果的差異,分析產(chǎn)生的可能原因,探討更為合理的體檢方法。方法收集2016年某地區(qū)參加空軍招飛體檢復(fù)選和定選2次選拔的1334名學(xué)員的腎觸診結(jié)果,對(duì)比腎下垂檢查結(jié)果的差異。結(jié)果本研究入選的學(xué)員均否認(rèn)腰酸、腰痛、反復(fù)泌尿系感染等腎下垂相關(guān)臨床癥狀,且化驗(yàn)?zāi)虺Ｒ?guī)均正常。復(fù)選中,腎下垂陽(yáng)性(肋下觸及腎)檢出率為10.2%,定選中腎下垂陽(yáng)性檢出率為5.5%,兩者存在顯著性差異(P0.001);對(duì)復(fù)選和定選的腎下垂檢出率進(jìn)行比較,二者差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-2.942,P=0.003);復(fù)選時(shí)腎下垂淘汰率為1.3%,定選腎下垂淘汰率為0.22%,二者存在顯著性差異(P=0.001);且腎下垂程度的分布情況具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(Z=-6.987,P0.001)。結(jié)論復(fù)選和定選中腎下垂的醫(yī)學(xué)選拔結(jié)果具有較大差異,提示我軍目前腎下垂的體格檢查精確度不高。有必要對(duì)招飛體檢中如何進(jìn)行腎下垂科學(xué)檢查進(jìn)行更深入的探究,改進(jìn)體檢方法,制定更為科學(xué)合理的體檢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the air force Cadet medical selection check and will select the nephroptosis inspection results, analysis of the causes, to explore a more reasonable method of examination. Renal palpation results of 1334 students in an area collected in 2016 the air force Cadet medical check and will choose the 2 selection of the difference between the results of nephroptosis examination the results of this study. Students were selected to deny backache, back pain, clinical symptoms of recurrent urinary tract infections such as renal ptosis, and urine routine were normal. Check, nephroptosis (rib touch kidney) positive detection rate was 10.2%, the selected set of nephroptosis positive detection rate was 5.5%, there was a significant difference between the two (P0.001); to check and will choose the detection rate of renal ptosis were compared. The difference between the two was statistically significant (Z=-2.942, P=0.003); check out when renal ptosis was 1.3%, select nephroptosis elimination rate is 0.22%, two. The significant difference (P=0.001); with statistical difference distribution and the degree of renal ptosis (Z=-6.987, P0.001). Conclusion the check and select nephroptosis medical selection results have great differences, suggesting that our current physical examination accuracy of renal ptosis is not high. It is necessary to how to carry out the scientific examination of cadet candidates in nephroptosis for a more in-depth study, improve the examination methods, to develop a more scientific and rational examination standards.
