【摘要】：目的探討心理彈性、認知情緒調節(jié)策略與海軍官兵疲勞反應之間的關系。方法抽取海軍某部846名現(xiàn)役軍人進行問卷調查,包括認知情緒調節(jié)策略量表(CERQ-C)、心理彈性量表(CD-RISC)、中文版多維疲勞量表(MFI-20),運用SPSS 21.0軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結果非適應性情緒調節(jié)策略與海軍官兵疲勞反應呈正相關(P0.01),心理彈性3維度與海軍官兵疲勞反應均呈負相關(P0.01);心理彈性和認知情緒調節(jié)策略均可獨立解釋疲勞反應方差變異,其中自強(β=-0.206,P0.05)、適應性策略(β=-0.229,P0.01)對海軍官兵疲勞反應有負向預測作用。非適應性策略(β=0.406,P0.01)對海軍官兵疲勞反應有正向預測作用。心理彈性在適應性策略和海軍官兵疲勞之間的中介效應值為0.53×(-0.36)=-0.19,z=7.02;在非適應性策略和海軍官兵疲勞之間的中介效應值為(-0.30)×(-0.36)=0.108,z=5.12。結論認知情緒調節(jié)策略既可以直接影響海軍官兵疲勞反應,也可以通過心理彈性的中介效應發(fā)揮間接影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between resilience, cognitive emotion regulation strategies and fatigue response of naval officers and soldiers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 846 servicemen in a navy department. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software. Results there was a positive correlation between non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies and fatigue response of naval officers and soldiers (P 0.01), and a positive correlation between non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies and fatigue response of naval officers and soldiers. The Chinese version of the Multidimensional fatigue scale (MFI-20) was used to analyze the data. There was a negative correlation between the three dimensions of rational elasticity and fatigue response of naval officers and soldiers (P 0.01), and the variance of fatigue response could be explained independently by the strategies of psychological elasticity and cognitive emotion regulation. Among them, self-strengthening (尾 -0.206) and adaptive strategy (尾 -0.229P0.01) have a negative predictive effect on fatigue response of naval officers and soldiers. Non-adaptive strategy (尾 -0.406P0.01) has a positive predictive effect on fatigue response of naval officers and soldiers. The mediating effect between the two groups was 0.53 脳 10 ~ (-0.36) -0.19 ~ 7.02, and the mediating effect between non-adaptive strategy and fatigue of naval officers and soldiers was -0.30) 脳 -0.36 ~ (0.36). Conclusion Cognitive emotion regulation strategy can directly affect the fatigue response of navy officers and soldiers. It can also play an indirect role through the intermediary effect of psychological elasticity.
