【摘要】：本研究歷時近30年。建立和完善了多種體視學參數(shù)的計算模型和分析方法,率先將體視學技術應用于輻射損傷和戰(zhàn)創(chuàng)傷病變規(guī)律和特點、分子機理和防治措施的研究中。定量揭示了軍事病理學研究中諸多科學問題,深化認識了其細胞和分子機制,進而制定了輻射損傷和創(chuàng)傷量化診斷指標/標準,提高了軍事病理學研究水平,并建立了體視學新技術普及和推廣應用的系列新模式。
[Abstract]:This study lasted for nearly 30 years. The models and analysis methods of various stereological parameters were established and perfected, and the stereology technology was first applied to radiation damage and war trauma lesions. In the study of molecular mechanism and prevention and cure measures, many scientific problems in the study of military pathology were revealed quantitatively, and the cellular and molecular mechanisms were deeply understood, and then the quantitative diagnostic indexes / criteria for radiation damage and trauma were established. The research level of military pathology has been improved, and a series of new models for popularizing and popularizing new stereology techniques have been established.
