【摘要】：目的研究分析醫(yī)療糾紛死亡法醫(yī)尸檢以及臨床病理的特點和疾病分布情況。方法選取100例2012年7月至2016年7月期間我院涉及醫(yī)療糾紛死亡法醫(yī)尸檢的材料,進行回顧分析。結(jié)果 100例尸檢案例中男性死亡人數(shù)顯著高于女性,高發(fā)年齡在15-60歲的中、青年組以及年齡小于7歲的圍產(chǎn)嬰幼兒組。醫(yī)療水平等級越高的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)醫(yī)療糾紛法醫(yī)尸檢的誤診率和死亡發(fā)生率越高,基層醫(yī)療機構(gòu)中用藥后不良反應(yīng)率較高,疾病發(fā)病中呼吸系統(tǒng)和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病的發(fā)病率較高。結(jié)論法醫(yī)尸檢和臨床病理分析對醫(yī)療糾紛死亡案件有重要的現(xiàn)實意義,有效幫助臨床總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,提高診斷準(zhǔn)確性,有效降低和預(yù)防醫(yī)療糾紛案件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and analyze the forensic autopsy of medical disputes and the clinical pathological features and the distribution of diseases. Methods 100 cases of forensic autopsy of medical disputes were selected from July 2012 to July 2016 in our hospital. Results in 100 autopsy cases, the death rate of males was significantly higher than that of females, and the high incidence was between 15 and 60 years old. The misdiagnosis rate and death rate of medical dissension forensic autopsy in medical institutions with higher level of medical treatment were higher, and the adverse reaction rate of medical treatment in primary medical institutions was higher than that in primary medical institutions. Conclusion Forensic autopsy and clinicopathological analysis are of great practical significance to the death cases of medical disputes, which helps to sum up clinical experience and improve the diagnostic accuracy. Effectively reduce and prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.
