【摘要】：正冬季寒冷,又是霧霾天氣的多發(fā)季節(jié),所以很多人外出時喜歡戴口罩,殊不知戴口罩也要講究科學(xué),否則可能適得其反,影響健康。戴口罩時間不宜過久經(jīng)常看到有些怕冷的人整天"罩不離口",以為可以防寒,其實(shí)這樣并不科學(xué)。人的呼吸道如鼻腔、咽喉、氣管表面均覆蓋有許多粘膜,粘膜下又有很多微血管,當(dāng)鼻子吸進(jìn)冷空氣,經(jīng)過彎彎曲曲的管道進(jìn)入肺部時,已接近體溫。人體的這種生理功能,通過鍛煉得到增強(qiáng),可提高耐寒能力。要是
