【摘要】：兒童的生理特點(diǎn)決定了其對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)的質(zhì)和量的需求有其特殊性。蛋白質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)對(duì)兒童生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、認(rèn)知功能和免疫功能發(fā)展具有極為重要的促進(jìn)和保障作用;同時(shí),其對(duì)兒童的遠(yuǎn)期健康也具有重要影響。文章針對(duì)兒童群體的膳食蛋白質(zhì)參考攝入量、氨基酸模式和膳食氨基酸參考攝入量、優(yōu)質(zhì)蛋白質(zhì)的食物來(lái)源、蛋白質(zhì)缺乏和過(guò)量的危害作一分析。
[Abstract]:Children's physiological characteristics determine that their demand for protein quality and quantity has its own particularity. Protein nutrition plays an important role in promoting and guaranteeing the development of children's growth, cognitive function and immune function, and it also has an important influence on children's long-term health. In this paper, the dietary protein reference intake, amino acid model, dietary amino acid reference intake, food source of high quality protein, protein deficiency and the harm of excessive protein in children population were analyzed.
