【摘要】：目的了解�？谑惺芾先私】禒顩r,分析其需求影響因素。方法按照隨機(jī)抽樣方法,收集瓊山、秀英、龍華、美蘭等4個(gè)樣本區(qū)391例失能老人的有效問卷,采用楊茗編制的老年失能評(píng)估量表(EDAS)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果輕度失能老年人244例(62.40%)、中度失能117例(29.92%)、重度失能23例(5.88%)、極重度失能7例(1.79%)。失能嚴(yán)重程度在年齡、離退休前職業(yè)、精神抑郁、居住情況等方面的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05),而在性別、受教育程度、婚姻狀況、家庭人均月收入、慢性疾病、吸煙、飲酒、運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉、陪護(hù)情況等方面差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論需要建立一套符合失能老人的長期中醫(yī)藥防治體系、醫(yī)療護(hù)理體系和相應(yīng)的保險(xiǎn)制度,以保障年齡較大、獨(dú)居、空巢、失能和低收入老年人為重點(diǎn),支持和鼓勵(lì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展,增加養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的數(shù)量及床位數(shù),增強(qiáng)社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)和社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的保障能力,形成提供生活照料、家政服務(wù)、康復(fù)護(hù)理、醫(yī)療保健等服務(wù)的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the health status of the disabled elderly in Haikou City and analyze the influencing factors of their demand. Methods according to the method of random sampling, the effective questionnaires of 391 disabled elderly in Qiongshan, Xiuying, Longhua and Meilan were collected and evaluated with Yang Ming's Disability Assessment scale (EDAS). Results there were 244 cases (62.40%) with mild disability, 117 cases (29.92%) with moderate disability, 23 cases (5.88%) with severe disability, and 7 cases (1.79%) with very severe disability. There were significant differences in the severity of disability in age, pre-retirement occupation, mental depression, living conditions (all P 0.05), but in gender, education, marital status, monthly income per family, chronic disease, etc. There was no significant difference in smoking, drinking, exercise and escort (P0.05). Conclusion it is necessary to establish a long-term Chinese medicine prevention and treatment system, medical care system and corresponding insurance system for the disabled elderly, with emphasis on the protection of the older, solitary, empty nest, disabled and low-income elderly people. Support and encourage the development of old-age service institutions, increase the number and number of beds of old-age care institutions, enhance the security capacity of social institutions and communities for the aged, and form the provision of life care, domestic service, rehabilitation care, Health care and other services home pension service model.
