【摘要】：尼古丁可導(dǎo)致雄性生殖系統(tǒng)生精細(xì)胞(精原細(xì)胞、精母細(xì)胞)DNA斷裂,促進睪丸間質(zhì)細(xì)胞、支持細(xì)胞凋亡;降低精子頂體的完整性,導(dǎo)致精子出現(xiàn)形態(tài)異常,降低精子運動能力,阻礙受精過程;降低精子數(shù)量,促進精子凋亡,降低精子活性。尼古丁還可導(dǎo)致孕鼠的雄性胎鼠精子質(zhì)量降低、精子畸形率增加、精子運動參數(shù)降低、精子的存活率降低,最終導(dǎo)致生育能力低下甚至不育。尼古丁可通過提高雄性大鼠血清LH、催乳素水平,降低睪酮、促卵泡激素水平,導(dǎo)致精液中精子數(shù)量減少,抑制雄性生殖系統(tǒng)的成熟。
[Abstract]:Nicotine can cause DNA breakage of spermatogenic cells (spermatogonia, spermatocytes) in male reproductive system, promote testicular stromal cells, support cell apoptosis, decrease the integrity of sperm acrosome, cause sperm morphology abnormality and decrease sperm motility. Hinders the fertilization process, reduces the sperm count, promotes the sperm apoptosis, reduces the sperm activity. Nicotine can also lead to lower sperm quality, higher sperm abnormality rate, lower sperm motility parameters and lower sperm survival rate in pregnant male fetal mice, resulting in lower fertility and even infertility. Nicotine can increase serum LH, prolactin level, decrease testosterone and follicle stimulating hormone level, lead to the decrease of sperm count and inhibit the maturation of male reproductive system.
