【摘要】：目的了解流動育齡婦女婦科檢查服務(wù)利用現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為改善流動育齡婦女生殖健康質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法利用2005年北京、南京、廈門、深圳和重慶5城市流動人口生殖健康抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分析5 399名流動育齡婦女婦科檢查情況,采用logistic回歸分析其影響因素。結(jié)果未做和做過婦科檢查者分別為3 112人(57.64%)和2 287人(42.36%),其中在流入地、戶籍地和其他地方做婦科檢查者分別為1 805人(78.92%)、445人(19.46%)和37人(1.62%);已婚者或有過婚姻者做婦科檢查可能性分別是未婚者的7.46倍(95%CI=5.45~10.21)和4.86倍(95%CI=2.33~10.15);生育1胎者做婦科檢查可能性是未生育者的1.47倍(95%CI=1.13~1.90);有婚育證明者做婦科檢查可能性是無婚育證明者的1.41倍(95%CI=1.24~1.61);簽訂計劃生育管理協(xié)議者做婦科檢查可能性是未簽訂者的1.33倍(95%CI=1.17~1.52);參加過宣教活動者做婦科檢查可能性是未參加者的1.56倍(95%CI=1.38~1.76);自身狀況一般和差者做婦科檢查的可能性分別是自身狀況良好者的1.25倍(95%CI=1.08~1.44)和1.80倍(95%CI=1.25~2.60)。結(jié)論已婚或有過婚姻、生育胎數(shù)少、有婚育證明、簽訂計劃生育管理協(xié)議、參加計生部門宣教活動、自身健康狀況差對流動育齡婦女的婦科檢查具有保護作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the utilization of gynecological examination service and its influencing factors among floating women of childbearing age, and to provide evidence for improving the quality of reproductive health of floating women of childbearing age. Methods the reproductive health sampling data of floating population in Beijing, Nanjing, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Chongqing in 2005 were used to analyze the gynecological examination of 5 399 floating women of childbearing age, and the influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results there were 3 112 (57.64%) and 2 287 (42.36%) patients who had not been examined by gynecology, among them, 3 112 (57.64%) had no gynecologic examination, and 2 287 (42.36%) had no gynecological examination. There were 1,805 (78.92%) and 37 (1.62%) gynecological examiners in the domicile and other places respectively, 7.46 times (95CI5.45 10.21) and 4.86 times (95CI2.333.15) in married or married persons, respectively, and 7.46 times (95CI2.330.15) in women with one child, and 7.46 times (9.55%) and 4.86 times (95CI 2.33 10.15) in married or married persons, respectively. Sex is 1.47 times as high as those who have not given birth (95CI1.131.90); those who have proof of marriage and childbearing are 1.41 times more likely to have a gynaecological examination than those without marriage (95CI1.241.61); those who sign a family planning management agreement are 1.33 times more likely to have a gynaecological examination than those who have not signed it (95CI1.171.52); The possibility of gynecological examination was 1.56 times of that of non-participants (95CI1.381.76), and the probability of gynecological examination was 1.25 times (95CI1.081.44) and 1.80 times (95CI1.252.60) of those with normal and poor status. Conclusion married or ever married, having fewer births, having proof of marriage and childbearing, signing management agreement of family planning, taking part in propaganda and education activities of family planning department, their poor health status have protective effect on gynecological examination of floating women of childbearing age.
