【摘要】：目的采用專家咨詢法建立兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、指標(biāo)權(quán)重和評(píng)價(jià)方法，探討TOPSIS、秩和比法（RSR）和密切值法等3種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法在兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，比較分析3種評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的一致性和差異性，最終建立一套較為科學(xué)、實(shí)用、規(guī)范且符合實(shí)際的組合評(píng)價(jià)方法，并對(duì)安徽省7～18歲兒童青少年在1985～2010年25年間的健康相關(guān)體能狀況進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 方法本研究采用德爾菲法確定兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)，，最終建立不同性別的中國(guó)兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。利用1985～2010年安徽省7～18歲學(xué)生體質(zhì)與健康監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，分別采用TOPSIS法（Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution，TOPSIS）、秩和比法（Rank sum ratio，RSR）、密切值法3種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)不同性別、年齡的兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能在各年份狀況進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。并將3種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行組合評(píng)價(jià)，進(jìn)而提出一套優(yōu)化的兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能綜合評(píng)價(jià)組合方法。 結(jié)果通過專家咨詢確立了不同性別中國(guó)兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系涵蓋了身體成分、心肺功能、肌力肌耐力和柔韌性等4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和11個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)。身體成分、心肺功能、肌力肌耐力和柔韌性等4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)分別為0.259、0.277、0.249、0.214。TOPSIS、RSR、密切值法等3種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)1985～2010年安徽省7～18歲男生健康相關(guān)體能評(píng)價(jià)的組合排序結(jié)果依次為：1991年、1995年、2000年、1985年、2010年和2005年；安徽省7～18歲女生健康相關(guān)體能評(píng)價(jià)的組合排序結(jié)果依次為：1995年、2000年、1991年、1985年、2005年和2010年。3種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法所獲得的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果基本一致，表明3種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的排序結(jié)果具有良好的一致性。 結(jié)論所建立的兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系具有良好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，可用于兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能的群體評(píng)價(jià)。TOPSIS、RSR、密切值法等3種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果具有良好的一致性，均可應(yīng)用于兒童青少年健康相關(guān)體能的綜合評(píng)價(jià)，且組合評(píng)價(jià)較單一評(píng)價(jià)更全面、客觀。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system, index weight and evaluation method for health related physical fitness of children and adolescents by means of expert consultation.This paper discusses the application value of three comprehensive evaluation methods, TOPSIS, rank sum ratio method (RSRs) and close value method, in the evaluation of children and adolescents' health-related physical fitness, compares and analyzes the consistency and difference of the three evaluation results, and finally establishes a set of scientific and practical methods.A standardized and practical combination evaluation method was used to evaluate the health related physical status of 7- and 18-year-old children and adolescents in Anhui province during the 25 years from 1985 to 2010.Methods in this study, the Delphi method was used to determine the evaluation index system of children and adolescents' health-related physical fitness and the weight coefficients of each evaluation index. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index system of health related physical fitness of Chinese children and adolescents with different sexes was established.Based on the physique and health monitoring data of 18 year old students in Anhui Province from 1985 to 2010, three comprehensive evaluation methods, namely, TOPSIS method, Rank sum ratiograph and close value method, were used to evaluate the sex of the students, respectively, using TOPSIS method, Rank sum ratio method, Rank sum ratiograph method, Rank sum method and close value method, respectively.The health-related fitness of children and adolescents of different ages was evaluated comprehensively in each year.The results of three kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods were combined to evaluate, and then a set of optimized comprehensive evaluation method of children and adolescents' health-related physical fitness was put forward.Results the comprehensive evaluation index system of health related physical fitness of Chinese children and adolescents with different genders was established through expert consultation.The comprehensive evaluation index system includes 4 primary and 11 secondary indexes, including body composition, cardiopulmonary function, muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility.Body composition, cardiopulmonary function,The weight coefficients of the four primary indexes of muscle strength endurance and flexibility are 0.259 / 0.277 / 0.249/ 0.214.TOPSISN RSRs respectively, and the combined ranking results of three comprehensive evaluation methods, such as close value method and close value method, to evaluate the health-related physical fitness of male students aged 7 ~ 18 years in Anhui Province from 1985 to 2010 are as follows: 1991, 19952000, 1985, 2010 and 2005;The results of health related physical fitness evaluation of female students aged 7 to 18 in Anhui Province were as follows: 1995, 2000, 1991, 1985, 2005 and 2010. 3 comprehensive evaluation methods had the same results.The results show that the ranking results of the three comprehensive evaluation methods have good consistency.Conclusion the comprehensive evaluation index system of health related physical fitness of children and adolescents has good application value.The results of three comprehensive evaluation methods, I. e., the group evaluation of health related physical fitness of children and adolescents, the close value method and the close value method, have good consistency, and can be applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the health related physical fitness of children and adolescents.And the combination evaluation is more comprehensive and objective than the single evaluation.
