【摘要】：接生員是新中國成立后,國家衛(wèi)生部門為了降低驚人的產(chǎn)婦死亡率和嬰兒死亡率,在推廣新法接生工作中,通過團結改造舊產(chǎn)婆與培訓新的基層婦幼保健力量而產(chǎn)生的一種初級婦幼保健人員身份。此群體的主體是在中國存在幾千年的產(chǎn)婆。雖然她們一度被西方醫(yī)學與助產(chǎn)學所污名化,但是國家利用自己的力量在全國開展了一場針對她們的革新運動,將其納入國家掌握的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體系內(nèi)。產(chǎn)婆通過接受改造、訓練與管理,獲得了國家及醫(yī)學賦予的合法接生員身份與地位。
[Abstract]:The birth attendants were after the founding of New China. In order to reduce the alarming maternal and infant mortality rates, the state health department is promoting the new method of delivery. A form of primary maternal and child health care personnel created by unifying old midwives and training new primary maternal and child health care personnel. This group is dominated by midwives who have existed for thousands of years in China, although they were once associated with Western medicine. Defilement of midwifery, But the state used its own strength to launch an innovation campaign against them throughout the country, which was incorporated into the health care system under the control of the state. Midwives were reformed, trained and managed. Obtained the national and medical status of legal birth attendants.
