研究振源膠囊對辛伐他汀及其活性代謝產(chǎn)物辛伐他汀酸在大鼠體內的藥動學影響,為臨床兩藥聯(lián)合應用提供一定的理論依據(jù)。將24只雄性Wistar大鼠隨機分成對照組與實驗組,每組12只,對照組連續(xù)灌胃3‰羧甲基纖維素鈉15天,實驗組連續(xù)灌胃振源膠囊混懸液15天。兩組大鼠于16日清晨均灌胃給予等量辛伐他汀5.3mg/kg。給藥后不同時間點進行眼內眥靜脈叢采血,離心即得血漿樣品。采用HPLC-MS/MS法測定辛伐他汀及辛伐他汀酸的血藥濃度。應用DAS 2.1.1軟件擬合藥動學參數(shù), SPSS 25.0軟件分析統(tǒng)計學差異。結果發(fā)現(xiàn),聯(lián)用振源膠囊后,辛伐他汀酸及辛伐他汀的藥動學參數(shù)AUC0–24與Cmax均顯著性減少（P<0.05）。振源膠囊可能對CYP3A4酶有一定促進作用,可減少辛伐他汀及其代謝產(chǎn)物在大鼠體內的含量。
