【摘要】：目的:分析醋酸去氨加壓素注射劑不良反應(yīng)的分布情況及發(fā)生特點(diǎn),促進(jìn)本品在臨床中的合理使用。方法:采取回顧性研究的方法,對(duì)四川省藥品不良反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)中心2013年1月1日-2015年12月31日收集的135例醋酸去氨加壓素注射劑不良反應(yīng)/事件報(bào)告進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,探討其不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生的特征和規(guī)律。結(jié)果:從患者信息來(lái)看,醋酸去氨加壓素注射劑引起的不良反應(yīng)中中老年人患者居多;從用藥情況來(lái)看,存在超說(shuō)明書(shū)劑量和超說(shuō)明書(shū)溶媒規(guī)定使用;從不良反應(yīng)情況來(lái)看,63%發(fā)生在用藥當(dāng)日,不良反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)主要涉及胃腸系統(tǒng)損害、中樞及外周神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損害、心血管系統(tǒng)損害,其中嚴(yán)重藥品不良反應(yīng)中60%發(fā)生用藥后2 d及以上,不良反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)主要為電解質(zhì)異常導(dǎo)致的抽搐、意識(shí)障礙等。結(jié)論:臨床上應(yīng)關(guān)注使用醋酸去氨加壓素注射劑時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)致電解質(zhì)異常的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),避免超說(shuō)明書(shū)用藥,加強(qiáng)合理用藥宣傳,降低使用風(fēng)險(xiǎn),減少不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,進(jìn)一步重視加強(qiáng)收集其導(dǎo)致電解質(zhì)異常及其他的不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the distribution and occurrence characteristics of adverse reactions of deaminopressin acetate injection, and to promote the rational use of this product in clinic. Methods: 135 cases of adverse reactions / event reports of deaminopressin acetate injection collected by Sichuan adverse Drug reaction Monitoring Center from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015 were statistically analyzed, and the characteristics and regularity of adverse reactions were discussed. Results: according to the patient information, most of the adverse reactions caused by deaminopressin acetate injection were in the middle and old age, and the dosage of hyperspecification and the solvent of hyperspecification were prescribed from the point of view of drug use. From the point of view of adverse reactions, 63% of the adverse reactions occurred on the day of medication. The adverse reactions mainly involved gastrointestinal system damage, central and peripheral nervous system damage, cardiovascular system damage. 60% of the serious adverse drug reactions occurred 2 days or more after treatment, and the adverse reactions were mainly convulsions caused by abnormal electrolytes, disturbance of consciousness and so on. Conclusion: attention should be paid to the risk of electrolyte abnormality caused by the use of deaminopressin acetate injection for too long, to avoid superspecification, to strengthen the propaganda of rational drug use, to reduce the risk of use, to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and to pay more attention to the collection of electrolyte abnormalities and other adverse reactions.
