【摘要】：目的采用加權(quán)逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法進(jìn)行萬(wàn)古霉素新生兒的藥物利用評(píng)價(jià),為其合理應(yīng)用提供參考。方法參考國(guó)內(nèi)外專家共識(shí)和應(yīng)用指南,建立萬(wàn)古霉素新生兒藥物利用評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。收集2014年1月至2015年11月本院新生兒科使用萬(wàn)古霉素并至少進(jìn)行一次治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)的全部患兒信息,依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行用藥過(guò)程的評(píng)價(jià),并采用加權(quán)TOPSIS法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共搜集74份病例進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),其中與最優(yōu)解相對(duì)接近程度為1的有27例(36%),介于0.7~0.8的2例(3%),介于0.6~0.7的16例(22%),介于0.5~0.6的23例(31%),介于0.4~0.5的6例(8%)。結(jié)論采用加權(quán)TOPSIS法進(jìn)行萬(wàn)古霉素新生兒的藥物利用評(píng)價(jià)合理可行,具有可操作性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the drug utilization of vancomycin neonates by weighted approximate ideal solution sequencing (TOPSIS) method, and to provide reference for its rational application. Methods referring to the consensus and application guide of experts at home and abroad, the evaluation standard of vancomycin neonatal drug utilization was established. From January 2014 to November 2015, all the children who were treated with vancomycin and monitored at least once were collected. The drug use process was evaluated according to the standard, and the data were statistically analyzed by weighted TOPSIS method. Results A total of 74 cases were collected and evaluated. 27 cases (36%) were relatively close to the optimal solution, 2 cases (3%) were 0.7 鈮，
