【摘要】：目的:探討別嘌醇致不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生的規(guī)律及特點(diǎn),為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:通過中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)的中國(guó)醫(yī)院知識(shí)倉庫(CHKD)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫及萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,檢索2000 2015年有關(guān)別嘌醇致不良反應(yīng)的有效文獻(xiàn)95篇,并按患者性別、年齡、原患疾病與過敏史、給藥途徑、累及系統(tǒng)/器官及臨床表現(xiàn)等方面進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:收集別嘌醇所致不良反應(yīng)114例中,皮膚損害80例,消化系統(tǒng)損害10例;其發(fā)生ADR時(shí)間最早為用藥后8 h,最遲為用藥2個(gè)月后;預(yù)后除造成13例死亡,95例經(jīng)停藥、對(duì)癥治療后均好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論:別嘌醇引起的不良反應(yīng)臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多樣,其發(fā)生與多種因素有關(guān),最嚴(yán)重的可能導(dǎo)致死亡,值得關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the regularity and characteristics of adverse reactions induced by allopurine alcohol, and to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: 95 effective literatures about adverse reactions induced by allopurine in 2000 / 2015 were searched by (CHKD) Journal full-text Database and Wanfang Database of Chinese Hospital knowledge Warehouse of China knowledge Network (CNKI), and according to the sex and age of the patients, The history of primary diseases and allergies, the route of administration, the involvement of system / organ and clinical manifestations were statistically analyzed. Results: among 114 cases of adverse reactions caused by allopurinol, 80 cases were skin damage and 10 cases were digestive system damage, the earliest time of ADR was 8 hours after treatment, and the latest was 2 months after treatment. The prognosis resulted in 13 cases of death and 95 cases of drug withdrawal, all of which improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion: the clinical manifestations of adverse reactions induced by allopurinol are complex and diverse, and their occurrence is related to many factors, the most serious of which may lead to death, which is worth paying attention to.
