【摘要】：正1960年,隨著第一個女用復方口服甾體激素避孕藥Enovid在美國上市,人類開啟了自由掌握生殖權利的新篇章,同時也開辟了藥理學中的一個新領域——生殖藥理學。20世紀七八十年代,隨著一系列甾體激素化合物相繼合成,生育調節(jié)和激素替代治療藥物的研發(fā)成為熱點,生殖藥理學的學科發(fā)展也進入繁盛時期。我國20世紀五六十年代啟動了甾體激素用于避孕的研究。1978年,為促進避孕藥(具)的發(fā)展,成立了上海市計劃生育科學研究所。1990年成立了中國藥理學會生殖藥理學專業(yè)委員
[Abstract]:In 1960, with the launch of the first female compound oral steroid hormone contraceptive Enovid in the United States, humans opened a new chapter in the free control of reproductive rights. At the same time, it also opened up a new field of pharmacology-reproductive pharmacology. In the 1970s and 1980s, with the synthesis of a series of steroid hormone compounds one after another, the research and development of fertility regulation and hormone replacement therapy drugs became a hot spot. The subject of reproductive pharmacology has also entered a prosperous period. In the 1950s and 1960s, the research on the use of steroids in contraceptives was launched in China. In 1978, in order to promote the development of contraceptive, Shanghai Institute of Family Planning Science was established. In 1990, the Professional Committee of Reproductive Pharmacology of the Chinese Pharmacological Society was established.
