熱毒寧注射液中內毒素的快速檢測

【摘要】:目的研究一種快速檢測熱毒寧注射液中內毒素的新方法。方法根據細菌內毒素在溶液中團聚的光散射特征,建立內毒素濃度與團聚粒子平均粒徑的線性方程對熱毒寧注射液中的內毒素進行檢查,并以鱟試劑法作驗證。結果經方法學考察,線性關系良好,穩(wěn)定性、精密度、重復性的相對誤差(RSD)均控制在1.0%左右,加樣回收率達到100%以上及RSD為3.5%;分別測量3個批次熱毒寧注射液的內毒素濃度均值為0.36 EU/m L,經鱟試劑法驗證測得為0.39 EU/m L。結論與家兔法和鱟試劑法測定內毒素相比,本法檢測熱毒寧注射中內毒素快速簡便,可滿足臨床要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to study a new method for rapid determination of endotoxin in Reduning injection. Methods according to the light scattering characteristics of aggregation of bacterial endotoxin in solution, the linear equation of endotoxin concentration and average particle size was established to examine the endotoxin in Reduning injection, which was verified by Limulus method. Results the relative error (RSD) of linearity, stability, precision and repeatability were controlled about 1.0%. The recovery rate was over 100% and RSD was 3.5%. The mean endotoxin concentration of three batches of Reduning injection was 0.36 EU/m / L and 0.39 EU/m / L was verified by Limulus method. Conclusion compared with rabbit method and Limulus method, this method is rapid and simple for the determination of endotoxin in injection of Reduning, and can meet the clinical requirements.
