【摘要】：正[編者按]藥品包裝材料是指直接接觸藥品的包裝材料和容器。由于藥品包裝材料伴隨著藥品生產(chǎn)、流通和使用的全過程,因此其材質(zhì)已成為影響藥品質(zhì)量和安全的潛在因素。研究探討藥品包裝材料質(zhì)量控制中的相容性和遷移等問題,根據(jù)藥品特性選用合適的包裝材料,對于確保藥品安全具體重要意義。本期特約精選編組了"注射用泮托拉唑鈉與玻璃容器的相容性研究"、"LC-MS/MS測定注射用頭孢噻肟鈉包裝所用膠塞中抗氧劑1076的遷移量"、"一次性使用輸液器產(chǎn)品中1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical packaging materials are packaging materials and containers that are directly in contact with drugs. Because the pharmaceutical packaging material is accompanied by the whole process of drug production, circulation and use, its material has become a potential factor affecting the quality and safety of drugs. The compatibility and migration of drug packaging materials in quality control are studied and discussed. The selection of suitable packaging materials according to the characteristics of drugs is of great significance to ensure the safety of drugs. The "study on compatibility of pantoprazole sodium for injection with glass containers" and "determination of the migration of antioxidant 1076 in rubber plugs for injection cefotaxime sodium packaging" were selected in this issue.
