【摘要】：目的優(yōu)化復(fù)方左旋肉堿涂膜劑的制劑處方,為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù)。方法以涂膜劑成膜時間為評價指標(biāo),在單因素試驗的基礎(chǔ)上,采用星點設(shè)計試驗法優(yōu)選成膜材料丙烯酸樹脂Ⅱ及增塑劑甘油的最優(yōu)配比。結(jié)果單因素試驗及星點設(shè)計試驗結(jié)果可知,涂膜劑成膜材料為15.4%丙烯酸樹脂Ⅱ,增塑劑為10.4%甘油。結(jié)論本實驗篩選出復(fù)方左旋肉堿涂膜劑制劑處方最優(yōu)配比與用量,可供該制劑成型工藝及透皮試驗研究參考。
