【摘要】：目的:快速檢測胞磷膽堿鈉注射液中的細菌內毒素。方法:應用α-萘酚反應(Molisch)方法對細菌內毒素進行快速檢測,與常規(guī)鱟試驗方法進行比較。結果:4批胞磷膽堿鈉注射液呈現明顯的陽性反應,1批胞磷膽堿鈉注射液呈現陰性反應;與鱟試驗檢查結果一致。結論:Molisch方法可用于快速檢測胞磷膽堿鈉注射液中的細菌內毒素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect bacterial endotoxin in citicoline sodium injection. Methods: 偽-naphthol reaction (Molisch) method was used to detect the bacterial endotoxin rapidly and compared with the routine Limulus test. Results: four batches of citicoline sodium injection showed obvious positive reaction, and one batch of citicoline sodium injection showed negative reaction, which was consistent with the result of Limulus test. Conclusion: Molisch method can be used for rapid determination of bacterial endotoxin in citicoline sodium injection.
