【摘要】：目的通過(guò)考察國(guó)內(nèi)不同藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)頭孢氨芐甲氧芐啶膠囊的溶出情況,評(píng)價(jià)其藥品質(zhì)量,并對(duì)溶出度檢查方法的合理性進(jìn)行探討。方法采用槳法(轉(zhuǎn)速為50r/min),分別以pH1.2鹽酸溶液、pH4.0醋酸鹽緩沖液、pH6.8磷酸鹽緩沖液和水為溶出介質(zhì),繪制各企業(yè)頭孢氨芐甲氧芐啶膠囊中主成分頭孢氨芐的溶出曲線(xiàn)。結(jié)果 12家企業(yè)中僅有5家企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品在4種介質(zhì)中的溶出曲線(xiàn)是相似的,并且與日本橙皮書(shū)中收載的頭孢氨芐膠囊參比制劑的溶出曲線(xiàn)相似;各企業(yè)產(chǎn)品以水為溶出介質(zhì)的區(qū)分度明顯好于0.1mol/L鹽酸溶液。結(jié)論國(guó)產(chǎn)頭孢氨芐甲氧芐啶膠囊溶出度不同企業(yè)間有顯著差異;產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有待提高;溶出度方法亟待改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dissolution of Cefalexin trimethoprim capsules and evaluate the quality of Cefalexyl trimethoprim capsules in different drug manufacturers in China and discuss the reasonableness of dissolution test method. Methods using paddle method (rotational speed 50r/min), pH1.2 hydrochloric acid solution, pH4.0 acetate buffer solution, pH6.8 phosphate buffer solution and water as dissolution medium, respectively. The dissolution curves of cefalexin in cefalexin capsules were drawn. Results the dissolution curves of the products of only 5 out of 12 enterprises were similar to those of the cefalexin capsule reference preparation in Japanese orange peel book. The degree of differentiation of the product with water as dissolution medium is better than that of 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. Conclusion there are significant differences in dissolution of cefalexin trimethoprim capsules between different enterprises, the product quality needs to be improved, and the dissolution method needs to be improved.
