【摘要】：目的:探討藥物臨床試驗培訓(xùn)的方法和模式,提高藥物臨床試驗水平及質(zhì)量。方法:總結(jié)藥物臨床試驗相關(guān)法規(guī)對藥物臨床試驗培訓(xùn)的要求,以我院為例分析藥物臨床試驗培訓(xùn)模式存在的問題并提出對策。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:藥物臨床試驗相關(guān)法規(guī)明確規(guī)定了藥物臨床試驗相關(guān)人員要經(jīng)過藥物臨床試驗技術(shù)與法規(guī)的培訓(xùn),藥物臨床試驗機構(gòu)要建立人員培訓(xùn)制度。針對臨床試驗相關(guān)人員對臨床試驗的認(rèn)知水平較低、現(xiàn)有資格認(rèn)定的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與臨床試驗工作需求有落差、研究者對臨床試驗進行過程中的培訓(xùn)不夠重視等問題,建議采取加強管理和監(jiān)督、結(jié)合臨床試驗需求組織培訓(xùn)、加強監(jiān)查員管理等措施;同時建議有關(guān)部門加強監(jiān)督和管理,結(jié)合藥物臨床試驗工作需求進行培訓(xùn),以確保藥物臨床試驗培訓(xùn)效果,從而提升臨床試驗水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the methods and modes of drug clinical trial training and to improve the level and quality of drug clinical trial. Methods: the requirements of drug clinical trial training were summarized. The problems of drug clinical trial training model were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward. Results & conclusion: the relevant laws and regulations of drug clinical trials clearly stipulate that the relevant personnel of drug clinical trials should be trained in the techniques and regulations of drug clinical trials and the personnel training system should be established in drug clinical trials institutions. In view of the low level of cognition of the clinical trial personnel, the difference between the existing qualification training content and the requirement of clinical trial work, and the lack of attention to the training during the clinical trial, and so on, Measures should be taken to strengthen management and supervision, organize training according to the needs of clinical trials, and strengthen the management of supervisors. At the same time, it is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen supervision and management and conduct training in combination with the requirements of clinical drug trials to ensure the effectiveness of training in drug clinical trials so as to improve the level of clinical trials.
