【摘要】：Talimogene laherparepvec(T-VEC,商品名:Imlygic)是一種由1型單純皰疹病毒經(jīng)過基因工程改造的溶瘤病毒,選擇性地在腫瘤細胞中病毒復(fù)制并刺激系統(tǒng)的抗腫瘤免疫增強抗腫瘤反應(yīng)。2015年10月27日,美國食品和藥物管理局(FDA)批準其用于首次手術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的不可切除的侵犯皮膚、皮下和淋巴結(jié)的黑色素瘤患者的局部治療,是首個批準用于黑色素瘤免疫療法的溶瘤病毒。本文對其作用機制、藥代動力學(xué)、臨床評價和安全性等進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Talimogene laherparepvec (T-VEC, the trade name: Imlygic), is a type of herpes simplex virus that has been genetically engineered to dissolve the tumor. Selectively replicates viruses in tumor cells and stimulates the system's anti-tumor immunity to enhance anti-tumor responses. On October 27, 2015, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved its use for unresectable, invasive skin recurrence after the first operation. Local treatment of subcutaneous and lymphoid melanoma patients is the first oncolytic virus approved for melanoma immunotherapy. This article reviews its mechanism, pharmacokinetics, clinical evaluation and safety.
