甜菊醇和異甜菊醇與DNA作用方式的研究

【摘要】:甜菊醇是新型甜味劑甜菊糖在人體內(nèi)的代謝產(chǎn)物,在酸性環(huán)境中可重排成異甜菊醇,它們都是重要的藥物合成中間體。研究甜菊醇和異甜菊醇與DNA的作用方式有助于理解其藥理或細胞毒性。以小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)為模板,通過考察甜菊醇和異甜菊醇對CT-DNA熔點和粘度的影響,以及甜菊醇和異甜菊醇與CT-DNA體系紫外吸收的變遷,初步推斷甜菊醇和異甜菊醇都是以溝槽方式與CT-DNA結(jié)合;異甜菊醇與CT-DNA的作用比甜菊醇與CT-DNA作用強。
[Abstract]:Steviohydrin is a new sweetener, the metabolite of stevioside in human body, which can be rearranged into isosteviol in acidic environment. They are important intermediates of drug synthesis. It is helpful to understand the pharmacology or cytotoxicity of steviol and isostevir with DNA. Using calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) as template, the effects of steviol and isosteviol on the melting point and viscosity of CT-DNA, and the changes of UV absorption of steviol and isostevir with CT-DNA were investigated. It was preliminarily inferred that steviol and isosteviol were combined with CT-DNA in grooves. The effect of isosteviol and CT-DNA was stronger than that of steviol and CT-DNA.
