【摘要】：目的:對老年住院患者使用利奈唑胺的安全性進(jìn)行分析,并探討其不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生規(guī)律。方法:采用回顧性研究方法,選取我院2014年1月-2015年12月使用利奈唑胺注射劑或片劑的老年患者病例,統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:共納入有效病例126例,年齡65~94歲,使用利奈唑胺的平均時(shí)間為(9.47±6.31)d(范圍1~35 d)。用藥后出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)的有45例(35.71%),其中血小板減少39例(30.95%),白細(xì)胞減少9例(7.14%),血紅蛋白減少7例(5.55%),惡心、嘔吐6例(4.76%),轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高4例(3.17%),腹瀉4例(3.17%),乳酸性酸中毒2例(1.59%),皮疹2例(1.59%),藥物熱1例(0.79%)。重癥監(jiān)護(hù)治療病房(ICU)患者血小板減少癥的發(fā)生率明顯高于非ICU患者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.019);利奈唑胺不同劑型間的發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.218)。結(jié)論:醫(yī)師和臨床藥師應(yīng)該對使用利奈唑胺的老年患者密切監(jiān)護(hù),警惕不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,尤其是ICU患者,其血小板減少發(fā)生率較高,且應(yīng)常規(guī)監(jiān)測血清乳酸水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the safety and the occurrence of adverse reactions in elderly inpatients. Methods: retrospective study was used to analyze the incidence of adverse reactions in elderly patients who were treated with linazolamide injection or tablet from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital. Results: a total of 126 effective cases, aged 65 to 94 years, were included. The average time of using linazolamide in the range of (9.47 鹵6.31) d () was (9.47 鹵6.31) d () for 35 d). There were 45 cases (35.71%) with adverse reactions, including 39 cases of thrombocytopenia (30.95%), 9 cases of leukopenia (7.14%) and 7 cases of hemoglobin decrease (5.55%). There were 6 cases of vomiting (4.76%), 4 cases of elevated aminotransferase (3.17%), 4 cases of diarrhea (3.17%), 2 cases of acid acidosis (1.59%), 2 cases of rash (1.59%), 1 case of drug fever (0.79%). The incidence of thrombocytopenia in (ICU) patients in intensive care unit was significantly higher than that in non-ICU patients (P0. 019), but there was no significant difference between different dosage forms of linazolamine (P0. 218). Conclusion: physicians and clinical pharmacists should closely monitor the elderly patients with linazolamide use and be alert to the occurrence of adverse reactions, especially in patients with ICU, the incidence of thrombocytopenia is high, and the level of serum lactic acid should be routinely monitored.
