【摘要】：目的對(duì)處方點(diǎn)評(píng)反饋制度實(shí)施前后的用藥情況進(jìn)行分析探討,為合理用藥提供依據(jù)。方法隨機(jī)抽取2015年第二季度(處方點(diǎn)評(píng)制度實(shí)施之前)和2015年第三季度(處方點(diǎn)評(píng)制度實(shí)施之后)的門診處方各1500張,對(duì)相關(guān)指標(biāo)的改善程度和用藥合理性情況進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果處方點(diǎn)評(píng)反饋制度實(shí)施后門診處方書寫規(guī)范率、每份處方平均用藥種類、注射劑使用率、基本藥物使用率、抗生素使用率以及臨床不合理用藥發(fā)生率等均明顯低于處方點(diǎn)評(píng)反饋制度實(shí)施前,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論處方點(diǎn)評(píng)制度能顯著提高處方質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)臨床合理用藥,具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the drug use before and after the implementation of prescription feedback system, and to provide the basis for rational use of drugs. Methods 1500 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from the second quarter of 2015 (before the implementation of the prescription evaluation system) and the third quarter of 2015 (after the implementation of the prescription evaluation system). The improvement of related indexes and the rationality of drug use were analyzed retrospectively. Results after the implementation of the feedback system of prescription evaluation, the standard rate of prescription writing, the average drug use per prescription, the utilization rate of injection, and the utilization rate of essential drugs were observed. The utilization rate of antibiotics and the incidence of irrational use of antibiotics were significantly lower than those before the implementation of the prescription comment feedback system (P0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the prescription evaluation system can significantly improve the prescription quality and promote the rational use of drugs in clinic, which has important application value.
