【摘要】：分子相似性是虛擬篩選技術(shù)的重要環(huán)節(jié),在計算機(jī)輔助藥物設(shè)計中有著關(guān)鍵作用。在2D Fingerprint相似性判別過程中,一些典型的分子相似性評估過程使用了Hash函數(shù)進(jìn)行分子指紋映射,然而Hash函數(shù)固有的沖突問題極易降低分子指紋的映射精度。提出了一種基于計數(shù)型布隆過濾器的指紋映射方法,對相似性判別過程進(jìn)行了有效改進(jìn),并采用DUD LIB VS 1.0數(shù)據(jù)集對改進(jìn)方法進(jìn)行了比較驗證,將ROCE,AUC,awROCE,awAUC值作為評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。與其他原始分子相似性方法相比,所提方法有效地提高了相似性判斷的準(zhǔn)確性和骨架躍遷能力。
[Abstract]:Molecular similarity is an important part of virtual screening technology and plays a key role in computer aided drug design. In the process of 2D Fingerprint similarity discrimination, some typical molecular similarity evaluation processes use Hash function to map the molecular fingerprint. However, the inherent conflict problem of Hash function can easily reduce the mapping accuracy of the molecular fingerprint. A fingerprint mapping method based on counting Bron filter is proposed. The similarity discriminating process is improved effectively. The improved method is compared with DUD LIB VS 1.0 data set, and ROCE,AUC,awROCE, is compared. The awAUC value was used as the evaluation standard. Compared with other primitive molecular similarity methods, the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of similarity judgment and the ability of skeleton transition.
