【摘要】：目的:為提高藥物咨詢水平和藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供參考。方法:收集我院回龍觀院區(qū)用藥咨詢中心2014年1月-2016年12月的藥物咨詢記錄,對(duì)咨詢?nèi)藛T構(gòu)成、咨詢形式、咨詢內(nèi)容和咨詢藥品等信息進(jìn)行匯總,并利用帕累托圖分析咨詢內(nèi)容的主要和次要因素。結(jié)果:該中心2014-2016年共提供藥物咨詢20 353例次,咨詢?nèi)藛T以患者為主(20 039例次,占98.5%);共涉及人員6 307人次,以女性居多(3 646人次,占57.8%)。咨詢形式以面對(duì)面咨詢?yōu)橹?19 440例次,占95.5%)。咨詢內(nèi)容可分為13類,其中用法用量和特殊劑型指導(dǎo)為主要因素,分別有10 392例次(占51.1%)和3 844例次(占18.9%)。20 353例次藥物咨詢中,涉及藥品的共有18 874例次,共涉及藥品11類,以呼吸系統(tǒng)藥物為主(11 756例次,占62.3%)。結(jié)論:用法用量和特殊劑型指導(dǎo)為該院區(qū)藥物咨詢的主要內(nèi)容。藥師為患者和醫(yī)護(hù)人員提供藥物咨詢服務(wù),可很好地解答用藥問(wèn)題,有助于促進(jìn)臨床合理用藥。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for improving the level of drug consultation and the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods: collect the records of drug consultation from January 2014 to December 2016 in Huilongguan Hospital District Drug Advisory Center of our hospital, and summarize the information of consultant staff, consultation form, consultation contents and consulting drugs, etc. Pareto chart was used to analyze the main and secondary factors of consulting content. Results: in 2014-2016, 20 353 cases of drug consultation were provided by the center, and 20 039 cases (98.5%) were consulted, and 6 307 cases were involved (3 646 person-times, 57.8%). Face to face consultation was the main form of consultation (19,440 cases (95.5%). The contents of consultation can be divided into 13 categories, among which the usage dosage and the guidance of special dosage form are the main factors, there are 10,392 cases (51.1%) and 3,844 cases (18.9%), respectively. There were 18 874 cases involving drugs, 11 kinds of drugs, mainly respiratory drugs (11 756 cases, 62.3%). Conclusion: the usage and the guidance of special dosage form are the main contents of drug consultation in this hospital. Pharmacists provide medical consultation services to patients and medical staff, which can answer the questions of drug use and help to promote rational use of drugs in clinical practice.
