不同血漿代用品對大鼠血糖和電解質影響的研究
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of different plasma substitutes on blood glucose and electrolyte in rats. Methods male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (10 rats per group). Succinyl gelatin (GEL), hydroxyethyl starch 200 (HES200), hydroxyethyl starch 130 (HES130) were used. Hydroxyethyl starch 40 (706) and dextran 40 (Dex40) were treated with severe acute isovolemic hemodilution (ANH),) at a dose of 94.76 mL / kg, respectively. Blood glucose and electrolyte concentration 1 hour after hemodilution and hemodilution. Results the concentrations of blood glucose, potassium ion and calcium ion (mmol/L) in artery and vein were 7.50 鹵0.50 vs6.87 鹵0.57, 3.72 鹵0.18 vs3.68 鹵0.21 (P0.05), 1.368 鹵0.039 vs1.289 鹵0.08 (P0.01), respectively. The concentrations of sodium ion and chloride ion (mmol/L) in artery and vein were 142.0 鹵1.4 vs 143.4 鹵1.7 (P0.01), respectively. 105.06 鹵2.26 vs106.08 鹵2.96 (P0.01). GEL and Dex40) significantly increased blood glucose concentration after hemodilution (P0.05 or 0.01). The concentration of blood glucose in HES130 and 706 groups increased significantly at 1 h of hemodilution (P0.05). The concentration of potassium ion in Dex40 group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P0.01). GEL,HES200, in Dex40 group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P0.01). After 1 hour of hemodilution, calcium concentration in HES130 and Dex40 groups increased significantly (P0.05 or 0.01). The concentration of chloride in GEL group was significantly lower than that in other groups (P0.01). Conclusion the rat model of ANH was induced by plasma substitute, the blood glucose and electrolyte were disturbed, and Dex40 caused abnormal increase of serum potassium after hemodilution.
