【摘要】：我國(guó)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科在我國(guó)不斷發(fā)展,相關(guān)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)日益增多。目前,我國(guó)尚無(wú)系統(tǒng)、完備的評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),也缺乏權(quán)威性的機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。為了正確的比較、評(píng)估當(dāng)前我國(guó)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的質(zhì)量,本研究將運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)的方法對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)將從研究問(wèn)題、研究設(shè)計(jì)、研究方法、成本、健康產(chǎn)出、模型分析以及結(jié)果與討論這幾方面進(jìn)行分析,以此對(duì)我國(guó)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。為了厘清藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò),發(fā)現(xiàn)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科內(nèi)部的聯(lián)系,促進(jìn)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科長(zhǎng)期有效的發(fā)展。本研究基于中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CNKI)、Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)檢索的相關(guān)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)作為數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,運(yùn)用Citespace5.0.3可視化軟件從研究主體、研究熱點(diǎn)、研究前沿三方面分別構(gòu)建國(guó)內(nèi)外藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)知識(shí)圖譜。通過(guò)繪制屬于藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的知識(shí)圖譜,揭示藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科演進(jìn)規(guī)律,預(yù)測(cè)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科的未來(lái)前沿走向。通過(guò)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前我國(guó)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)量、種類較多,但是評(píng)價(jià)質(zhì)量良莠不齊,仍需不斷加強(qiáng)。特別表現(xiàn)在研究角度不明確、研究時(shí)限不長(zhǎng)、健康產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)單一、不采用貼現(xiàn)以及不進(jìn)行正確的敏感性分析等方面。通過(guò)繪制國(guó)內(nèi)外藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)知識(shí)圖譜發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)際藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究較為豐富,國(guó)內(nèi)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究還處在起步階段,所以在圖譜的繪制上各有詳略。國(guó)際藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究相比較于國(guó)內(nèi)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究在研究主體、研究熱點(diǎn)方面成果更為豐富,兩者在研究前沿方面時(shí)間跨度上各有長(zhǎng)短。國(guó)際藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究前沿更趨于以真實(shí)性、信息、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為特點(diǎn)的真實(shí)世界研究;國(guó)內(nèi)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究前沿則為藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與基本藥物目錄、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、決策分析、藥品定價(jià)相關(guān)的應(yīng)用研究,以及中成藥藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of pharmacoeconomics in China, the evaluation of pharmacoeconomics is increasing day by day. At present, there is no systematic, complete evaluation system to evaluate the quality of pharmacoeconomics, and there is also a lack of authoritative institutions to evaluate the quality. In order to compare correctly and evaluate the quality of the current pharmacoeconomics evaluation in China, this study will use the method of systematic evaluation to evaluate the quality of the literature related to pharmacoeconomics in China. The research methods, cost, health output, model analysis, results and discussion are analyzed in order to analyze the current situation of pharmacoeconomics in China. In order to clarify the historical context of the development of pharmacoeconomics, the relationship within pharmacoeconomics is found to promote the long-term and effective development of pharmacoeconomics. This study is based on the literature data of pharmacoeconomics retrieved from (CNKI), Web of Science database of Chinese periodical full-text database as a data source, using Citespace5.0.3 visualization software from the main body of research, research focus. The knowledge map of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad is constructed in three aspects of the research frontier. By drawing the knowledge map of pharmacoeconomics, the evolution law of pharmacoeconomics is revealed, and the future frontier trend of pharmacoeconomics is predicted. Through the quality evaluation of pharmacoeconomics, it is found that there are many kinds of pharmacoeconomics evaluation in our country at present, but the quality of evaluation is mixed, which still needs to be strengthened. Especially in the research angle is not clear, the research time is not long, the health output index is single, does not use the discount and does not carry on the correct sensitivity analysis and so on. Through drawing the knowledge map of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad, it is found that the international pharmacoeconomics research is relatively rich, and the domestic pharmacoeconomics research is still in its infancy, so there are some details in drawing the map. Compared with domestic pharmacoeconomics research, the international pharmacoeconomics research has more achievements in the research subjects and hot spots, and they have their own time span in the research frontier. The research frontier of international pharmacoeconomics tends to be real world research characterized by truthfulness, information and the Internet, while the frontier of domestic pharmacoeconomics research is pharmacoeconomics and essential drug catalogue, medical insurance, decision analysis. Drug pricing related to the application of research, as well as the economics of proprietary Chinese medicine.
