【摘要】：炎癥是具有血管系統(tǒng)的活體組織應(yīng)對刺激所發(fā)生的防御反應(yīng),在疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展中具有重要作用,如關(guān)節(jié)炎、哮喘和阿爾茨海默病等。目前常用的抗炎藥主要有非甾體類抗炎藥、甾體類抗炎藥和生物制劑,但由于甾體類和非甾體類抗炎藥常伴有副作用問題、生物制劑價格較昂貴而受到一定限制。海洋是生物的重要棲息地,蘊(yùn)藏著極其豐富的天然產(chǎn)物,隨著近年來對海洋資源的開發(fā),人們從海洋生物中提取出了許多具有抗炎活性的天然產(chǎn)物,如萜類、甾醇類、多糖、生物堿、脂肪酸和蛋白質(zhì)等,本文綜述了近年來具有抗炎活性的海洋天然產(chǎn)物及其衍生物的研究進(jìn)展,以期對開發(fā)高效安全抗炎藥物提供一定幫助。
[Abstract]:Inflammation is a defense response of living tissues with vascular system to response to stimuli, and plays an important role in the development of diseases, such as arthritis, asthma and Alzheimer's disease. At present, the commonly used anti-inflammatory drugs are mainly non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and biological preparations, but because steroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs often have side effects, the price of biological agents is limited. With the development of marine resources in recent years, many natural products with anti-inflammatory activity, such as terpenes, sterols, polysaccharides, have been extracted from marine organisms. Alkaloids, fatty acids and proteins are reviewed in this paper. The research progress of marine natural products and their derivatives with anti-inflammatory activity in recent years is reviewed in order to provide some help for the development of high efficiency, safety and anti-inflammatory drugs.
