【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)改良版用藥差異評(píng)估工具(MDT)的內(nèi)容效度與評(píng)定者間信度。方法:按照英文版MDT的結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)用藥差異的評(píng)估條目進(jìn)行改良,并邀請(qǐng)5名專家采用專家內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)法對(duì)MDT進(jìn)行內(nèi)容效度檢驗(yàn);采用評(píng)定者間信度法檢驗(yàn)MDT的信度。另外由2名評(píng)定者采用改良版MDT分別對(duì)相同的20名研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行評(píng)定者間信度檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:改良版MDT所有條目的內(nèi)容效度值均0.800,總內(nèi)容效度值為0.970;各條目的評(píng)定者間信度值在0.667~1.000之間(P0.01),總評(píng)定者間信度值為0.840(P0.01)。結(jié)論:改良版MDT具有較好的信度與效度,可用于我國(guó)出院過渡期患者用藥差異的客觀評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the content validity and reliability of (MDT). Methods: according to the structure of English version of MDT, the evaluation items of drug use difference were improved, and 5 experts were invited to test the content validity of MDT by the method of expert content validity index, and the reliability of MDT was tested by the method of reliability among evaluators. In addition, two evaluators tested the reliability of the same 20 subjects with modified MDT. Results: the content validity of all items of improved MDT was 0.800, the total content validity was 0.970, the reliability of each item was between 0.667and 1.000 (P0.01), and the total reliability was 0.840 (P0.01). Conclusion: the improved version of MDT has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the difference of drug use among patients in transitional period of discharge in China.
