【摘要】：目的:建立基本藥物招標(biāo)采購(gòu)評(píng)標(biāo)模型,提高基本藥物招標(biāo)采購(gòu)的科學(xué)性和有效性。方法:結(jié)合基本藥物集中招標(biāo)采購(gòu)的主要目標(biāo),建立基本藥物招標(biāo)采購(gòu)評(píng)標(biāo)指標(biāo)體系,采用基于模糊群決策法構(gòu)建基本藥物招標(biāo)評(píng)標(biāo)模型,并通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證模型的可行性。結(jié)果:建立了基于模糊群決策法的基本藥物評(píng)標(biāo)模型,并通過阿托代他汀鈣片實(shí)例分析證明了評(píng)標(biāo)模型的可行性。結(jié)論:建立的基于模糊群決策法的基本藥物評(píng)標(biāo)模型能夠科學(xué)、有效地對(duì)制藥企業(yè)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),可以促進(jìn)基本藥物招標(biāo)采購(gòu)工作公開透明,減輕患者經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a bidding evaluation model for essential drugs and to improve the scientific and effective bidding of essential drugs. Methods: combined with the main target of centralized bidding and purchasing of essential drugs, the index system of bidding evaluation of essential drugs was established, and the bidding evaluation model of essential drugs was constructed based on fuzzy group decision method, and the feasibility of the model was verified by an example. Results: the evaluation model of basic drugs based on fuzzy group decision was established, and the feasibility of the model was proved by the case study of atropetatin calcium tablets. Conclusion: the evaluation model of essential drugs based on fuzzy group decision making method can be used to evaluate pharmaceutical enterprises scientifically and effectively, which can promote the openness and transparency of the bidding and purchase of essential drugs and reduce the economic burden of patients.
