【摘要】：目的:了解銀杏達(dá)莫注射液不良反應(yīng)(ADR)發(fā)生的特點(diǎn)和一般規(guī)律,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:以"銀杏達(dá)莫注射液""不良反應(yīng)"為主題詞,檢索中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫2005年1月1日-2016年6月28日收載的期刊文獻(xiàn),對(duì)患者性別、年齡、原患疾病、過敏史、用藥情況、ADR發(fā)生時(shí)間、累及器官/系統(tǒng)及臨床表現(xiàn)等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析。結(jié)果:檢索得到有效文獻(xiàn)14篇,共計(jì)727例患者。其中,女性多于男性(57.63%vs.42.37%),年齡多在50歲以上,原患疾病以血栓栓塞性疾病、冠心病為主;ADR多在用藥30 min內(nèi)發(fā)生(268例,36.86%);累及器官/系統(tǒng)以神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)(254例,28.60%)、皮膚及其附件(228例,25.68%)和消化系統(tǒng)(187例,21.06%)為主,嚴(yán)重者可致過敏性休克;新的嚴(yán)重的ADR 18例(2.48%);所有ADR均好轉(zhuǎn),無死亡病例。結(jié)論:臨床應(yīng)嚴(yán)格掌握銀杏達(dá)莫注射液的適應(yīng)證,辨證施治、合理用藥,對(duì)用藥過程嚴(yán)密觀察,警惕ADR的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics and general rules of adverse reactions of Ginkgo biloba injection (Ginkgo biloba injection) in (ADR), and to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods: using "Ginkgo biloba injection" and "adverse reaction" as the theme words, the Chinese academic Journal Full-text Database was used to search the literature collected from January 1, 2005 to June 28, 2016. The occurrence time of ADR, the involvement of organs / systems and clinical manifestations were analyzed. Results: a total of 727 patients were found in 14 effective literatures. Among them, women were more than men (57.63 vs. 42.37%), most of them were over 50 years old, and the original diseases were thromboembolic diseases. The main causes of coronary heart disease (CHD) were found within 30 min (268 cases, 36.86%), involving the nervous system (254 cases, 28.60%), the skin and its appendages (228 cases, 25.68%) and the digestive system (187 cases, 21.06%). There were 18 cases (2.48%) of new severe ADR, all ADR were improved and there were no death cases. Conclusion: the indications of Ginkgo biloba injection should be strictly grasped, treated by differentiation of symptoms and signs, used rationally, the course of medication should be observed closely and the occurrence of ADR should be guarded.
