【摘要】：目的分析對比抗菌藥物管理前后醫(yī)院整形外科手術感染率,探討抗菌藥物管理對控制整形外科手術感染的重要性,為臨床治療提供參考依據。方法回顧性分析2010年8月-2012年8月在醫(yī)院整形外科手術的1550例患者臨床資料,根據患者是否進行抗菌藥物管理將其分為抗菌藥物管理組(2011年8月-2012年8月)850例和抗菌藥物未管理組(2010年8月-2011年8月),分析兩組患者抗菌藥物使用情況與手術感染率。結果抗菌藥物管理組Ⅱ類和Ⅲ類手術患者抗菌藥物使用率顯著高于Ⅰ類手術患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);抗菌藥物管理組I類手術患者抗菌藥物使用率顯著低于抗菌藥物未管理組Ⅰ類手術患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);抗菌藥物未管理組700例患者中,11例患者發(fā)生切口感染,感染率為1.57%;抗菌藥物管理組850例患者中,5例患者發(fā)生感染,感染率為0.59%,抗菌藥物管理組患者感染的發(fā)生率顯著低于抗菌藥物未管理組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論在整形外科手術中,規(guī)范性使用抗菌藥物可以減少外科手術中抗菌藥物濫用的現象,可降低整形外科手術感染率,值得廣泛推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and compare the infection rate of hospital plastic surgery before and after antimicrobial drug management, to discuss the importance of antimicrobial drug management in controlling the infection in plastic surgery, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods the clinical data of 1550 patients undergoing plastic surgery from August 2010 to August 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.
