【摘要】：目的規(guī)范靜脈藥物配置中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAS)藥物配置操作流程和評分標準。方法依據(jù)"湖北省衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)護理技術(shù)操作考核評價標準",針對本科室實際情況擬定操作評分標準,并進行臨床培訓(xùn)和考核。結(jié)果結(jié)合醫(yī)院和本科室的實際情況制定評分標準,擬定出評分表格,結(jié)合圖像演示和相關(guān)理論。結(jié)論制定評價標準,充實了PIVAS�？谱o理建設(shè)內(nèi)容,帶動PIVAS各項流程走向標準化,完善護理質(zhì)量管理體系。
[Abstract]:OBJECTIVE To standardize the operation procedure and scoring criteria of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS). METHODS According to the "Hubei Provincial Health System Nursing Technology Operating Assessment Criteria", the operation scoring criteria were formulated according to the actual situation of the undergraduate departments, and clinical training and assessment were carried out. Conclusion Establishing the evaluation standard can enrich the contents of PIVAS specialty nursing construction, promote the standardization of PIVAS processes and improve the nursing quality management system.
