毒理基因組學(xué)應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:化合物安全評(píng)定一直是人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。隨著科技的發(fā)展,毒理基因組學(xué)在化合物安全評(píng)定過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用引起了研究者們的重視。毒理基因組學(xué)是利用DNA微陣列技術(shù)研究化合物作用于機(jī)體后的基因變化,將毒理基因組學(xué)技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)毒理學(xué)及組織病理學(xué)相結(jié)合,評(píng)價(jià)和預(yù)測(cè)化合物毒性的一門(mén)學(xué)科。近些年,研究者們?cè)诙纠砘蚪M學(xué)方面的研究取得了較大進(jìn)展。文章就毒理基因組學(xué)的應(yīng)用平臺(tái)及其在化合物心臟毒性、腎臟毒性、免疫毒性評(píng)定過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了綜述,同時(shí)列出了部分國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者報(bào)道的毒性標(biāo)志基因。
[Abstract]:The safety assessment of compounds has always been the focus of attention. With the development of science and technology, the application of toxicology in the safety assessment of compounds has attracted much attention. Toxicogenomics is a subject that uses DNA microarray technology to study the genetic changes of compounds acting on the body, and combines toxicology genomics with traditional toxicology and histopathology to evaluate and predict the toxicity of compounds. In recent years, researchers have made great progress in toxicogenomics. In this paper, the application platform of toxicology genomics and its application in the assessment of cardiac toxicity, renal toxicity and immunotoxicity of compounds are reviewed, and the toxic marker genes reported by some researchers at home and abroad are listed.
