鹽酸頭孢替安中一個主要降解雜質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)確認

【摘要】:目的對鹽酸頭孢替安降解產(chǎn)生的一個主要雜質(zhì)進行分析和確認。方法采用LC-MS法結(jié)合鹽酸頭孢替安降解規(guī)律初步分析雜質(zhì)的可能結(jié)構(gòu);通過定向合成得到該雜質(zhì),并通過LC-MS、NMR進行結(jié)構(gòu)確認。結(jié)果確認該雜質(zhì)為5a R,6R-6-[2-(2-氨基噻唑-4-基)乙酰氨基]-5a,6-雙氫-3H,7H-氮雜環(huán)丁基[2,1-b]-呋喃[3,4-d][1,3]噻嗪-1,7(4H)-二酮的鹽酸鹽。結(jié)論鹽酸頭孢替安雜質(zhì)研究為實現(xiàn)雜質(zhì)定量控制,進而提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供了重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and confirm a major impurity produced by ceftidine hydrochloride degradation. Methods the possible structure of the impurity was preliminarily analyzed by LC-MS method combined with the degradation law of ceftidine hydrochloride, and the structure of the impurity was obtained by directional synthesis, and the structure of the impurity was confirmed by LC-MS,NMR. The results showed that the impurity was a hydrochloric acid salt of 5a RX 6R-6- [2- (2-aminothiazole-4-yl) acetyl amino] -5ahu6- dihydro-3Hf7H-aza-heterocyclic Ding Ji [34-b] -furan [34-d] [1t3] thiazine-17 (4H) -dione. Conclusion the study of ceftidine hydrochloride impurity provides an important basis for the quantitative control of impurities and the improvement of product quality.
