【摘要】：目的:對(duì)2010-2012年新疆地區(qū)基本藥物配送企業(yè)藥品配送現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析并提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略和建議。方法:以新疆地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)參與基本藥物配送的藥品經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)參與配送基本藥物的藥品經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)數(shù)量、規(guī)模、基本藥物的采購(gòu)、配送基本藥物的配送方式和流程、配送品種數(shù)、金額、配送距離、成本、配送點(diǎn)(醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu))數(shù)量、結(jié)算方式與結(jié)算實(shí)效、配送意愿等情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究及分析。結(jié)果:新疆地區(qū)基本藥物配送企業(yè)規(guī)模和實(shí)際配送能力差異明顯,集約化現(xiàn)代物流體系理念和水平尚需加強(qiáng)和提高�；舅幬锱渌途嚯x和平均配送成本相差懸殊,基本藥物配送成本過(guò)高。新疆地區(qū)建立基本藥物地區(qū)(縣)一級(jí)集中支付平臺(tái)是必需的,現(xiàn)行基本藥物結(jié)算模式還需進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。結(jié)論:新疆地區(qū)基本藥物配送企業(yè)在基本藥物配送過(guò)程的多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)仍存在配送能力弱、配送成本過(guò)高等問(wèn)題,建立科學(xué)合理的基本藥物配送企業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、降低基本藥物配送企業(yè)配送成本、盡快建立基本藥物地區(qū)(縣)一級(jí)集中支付平臺(tái)、加快構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化藥品物流體系或平臺(tái)、大力推廣第三方物流等措施是提高新疆地區(qū)基本藥物配送效率和可及性的重要發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and analyze the present situation of drug distribution in essential drug distribution enterprises in Xinjiang from 2010 to 2012 and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Methods: the number of drug trading enterprises involved in the distribution of essential drugs in Xinjiang was investigated by the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire. Scale, purchase of essential drugs, distribution mode and flow of essential drugs, number of distribution varieties, amount of money, distribution distance, cost, number of distribution points (medical and health institutions), settlement method and settlement effect, Distribution willingness to carry out investigation and analysis of the situation. Results: the scale and actual distribution ability of essential drug distribution enterprises in Xinjiang are obviously different, and the concept and level of intensive modern logistics system need to be strengthened and improved. The distance between the distribution of essential drugs and the average cost of distribution is very different, and the cost of distribution of essential drugs is too high. It is necessary to set up regional (county) centralized payment platform for essential drugs in Xinjiang, and the current settlement model of essential drugs needs to be further improved. Conclusion: there are still some problems in the process of essential drug distribution in Xinjiang, such as weak distribution capacity and high distribution cost. Therefore, the scientific and reasonable evaluation standard of essential drug distribution enterprises is established. To reduce the distribution costs of essential drug distribution enterprises, to establish as soon as possible the regional (county) centralized payment platform for essential drugs, and to speed up the construction of a modern drug logistics system or platform. Popularizing the third party logistics and other measures is an important development direction to improve the distribution efficiency and accessibility of essential drugs in Xinjiang.
