毛細管氣相色譜法同時測定鹽酸普萘洛爾原料藥中5種有機溶劑殘留量

【摘要】:目的:建立同時測定鹽酸普萘洛爾原料藥中乙醇、異丙胺、環(huán)氧氯丙烷、三乙胺和二甲苯殘留量的方法。方法:采用毛細管氣相色譜法。色譜柱為Wonda Cap-1毛細管柱,氫火焰離子化檢測器,載氣為氮氣,流速為3 ml/min,進樣口溫度為180℃,檢測器溫度為250℃,程序升溫,直接進樣,進樣量為1μl,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺為溶劑,采用外標(biāo)法計算溶劑殘留量。結(jié)果:5種有機溶劑均能得到良好分離;各溶劑在所考察的質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)與峰面積線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.993 8~0.999 8);精密度試驗的RSD≤4.07%;平均加樣回收率為98.31%~103.75%(RSD=0.12%~3.66%,n=3)。結(jié)論:該方法簡便、準(zhǔn)確、可靠,可用于鹽酸普萘洛爾原料藥中多種有機溶劑殘留量的同時測定。
