【摘要】：目的分離和鑒定非達霉素粗品中的雜質。方法采用制備液相色譜技術對非達霉素粗品中的雜質進行分離提純,并通過核磁共振波譜和質譜分析鑒定雜質的結構。結果分離并鑒定了4個非達霉素雜質化合物,分別為非達霉素的有關化合物E、有關化合物K、有關化合物O和閏年霉素A4。結論雜質化合物與非達霉素骨架結構一致,屬同系列化合物,由非達霉素發(fā)酵代謝過程產生,為非達霉素的質量控制和安全性評價提供了技術支持。
[Abstract]:Objective to separate and identify the impurities in the crude products of non-dapptomycin. Methods the impurity in the crude product was separated and purified by HPLC, and the structure of the impurity was identified by NMR and MS. Results four impurity compounds of non-reach mycin, E., K, O and A 4 in leap year, were isolated and identified. Conclusion the impurity compounds belong to the same series of compounds and belong to the same series of compounds, which are produced by the metabolic process of nidamycin fermentation, which provides technical support for the quality control and safety evaluation of nadamycin.
