2005-2014年我國基本藥物不良反應文獻計量學分析

【摘要】：目的:了解我國基本藥物不良反應文獻的研究趨勢及熱點,為促進基本藥物合理使用提供參考。方法:計算機檢索2005-2014年中國知網數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的基本藥物不良反應相關文獻,先運用書目信息共現(xiàn)分析系統(tǒng)(BICOMB)2.0版提取關鍵詞、年份及相應文獻量、期刊、作者及機構等參量進行文獻計量學分析,并構建高頻關鍵詞詞篇矩陣;然后將該詞篇矩陣導入SPSS 21.0進行系統(tǒng)聚類分析;最后使用圖形聚類工具包(gCLUTO)1.0版進行關鍵詞詞篇共現(xiàn)分析和聚類可視化分析。結果:共檢索到文獻232篇,刊登在100種期刊上,文獻量呈逐年上升轉穩(wěn)態(tài)發(fā)展趨勢;發(fā)文量最高的前4位作者分別為李幼平(13篇)和李鴻浩、王莉、楊曉妍(各10篇),發(fā)文量最多的前3個機構分別為廣州中醫(yī)藥大學第二附屬醫(yī)院/廣東省中醫(yī)院(18篇)、國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局藥品評價中心(16篇)、四川大學華西醫(yī)院中國循證醫(yī)學中心(13篇)。高頻關鍵詞除了"藥品不良反應""基本藥物""基本藥物目錄""基本藥物制度""分析"外,還有"合理用藥""中藥注射劑""藥品說明書""抗菌藥物""循證評價與遴選""鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院";經關鍵詞聚類分析可分為5類。結論:我國基本藥物不良反應文獻量趨于穩(wěn)定,內容逐步深入,相關研究結論對促進基本藥物合理、安全、有效的使用產生了積極影響,但文獻多是從理論和宏觀政策上進行論述,且來自藥品生產企業(yè)的文獻較少,兒童基本藥物不良反應研究也較少。因此,該領域的研究仍需從定性轉向定量,從簡單的數(shù)據(jù)分析轉向深入的機制研究,從宏觀的政策建議轉向微觀的具體藥物,以更好地促進基本藥物合理使用,保障人民群眾用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the research trend and hotspot of the literature on essential drug adverse reactions in China, and to provide a reference for the rational use of essential drugs. Methods: the essential adverse drug reactions (ADRs) were retrieved from 2005 to 2014 in the database of Chinese knowledge Network, Wanfang database and Weip database. The key words, year and corresponding literature quantity were extracted by Bibliographic Information Co-occurrence Analysis system (BICOMB) version 2.0. The journal, author and organization are analyzed by bibliometrics, and the high frequency keyword text matrix is constructed, and then the word text matrix is introduced into SPSS21.0 for systematic cluster analysis. Finally, the graphical clustering Toolkit (gCLUTO) 1.0 is used to analyze the cooccurrence of keywords and cluster visualization. Results: a total of 232 articles were retrieved and published in 100 journals. The number of papers was increasing year by year, and the top 4 authors were Li Youping (13 articles) and Li Honghao, Wang Li, respectively. Yang Xiaoyan (10 articles each), the top three organizations with the largest number of papers were the second affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine / Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine (18 articles), the Drug Evaluation Center of the State Administration of Food and Drug Administration (16 articles), Sichuan University China Evidence-based Medicine Center, West China Hospital (13). In addition to "adverse drug reactions", "essential drug catalogue", "essential drug system", "analysis", There are also "rational drug use", "traditional Chinese medicine injection", "drug instruction", "antimicrobial drug", "evidence-based evaluation and selection" and "township health center", which can be classified into 5 categories by keyword cluster analysis. Conclusion: the amount of literature on ADRs of essential drugs in our country tends to be stable and the contents are gradually deepening. The relevant research conclusions have a positive effect on promoting the rational, safe and effective use of essential drugs. But the literature is mostly discussed from the theory and the macroscopic policy, and the literature from the drug production enterprise is less, and the research of the children's essential drug adverse reaction is also less. Therefore, research in this area still needs to move from qualitative to quantitative, from simple data analysis to in-depth research on mechanisms, from macro-policy recommendations to micro-specific drugs, in order to better promote the rational use of essential drugs.
