【摘要】：藥品醫(yī)保支付標準形成的核心要義是"發(fā)現(xiàn)價格",即依托藥品市場大數(shù)據發(fā)現(xiàn)真實藥品價格。但是,目前醫(yī)保藥品信息管理上存在平臺建設落后、字段和編碼標準化水平低等問題,嚴重影響藥品數(shù)據采集能力。本文從藥品數(shù)據采集問題出發(fā),針對采購平臺對接、醫(yī)療機構上報等四種數(shù)據采集模式,通過對藥品信息字段和編碼標準化問題的深入剖析,提出醫(yī)保藥品信息標準化建設的可操作性建議,為醫(yī)保支付標準形成奠定信息基礎。
[Abstract]:The key to the formation of the standard of medical insurance payment is "discovery price", that is, to find the real drug price by relying on the drug market big data. However, there are some problems in the management of medical information, such as backward platform construction, low standardization of fields and codes, which seriously affect the ability of drug data collection. In this paper, starting from the problem of drug data collection, aiming at four kinds of data acquisition modes, such as purchasing platform docking and medical institution reporting, through the in-depth analysis of drug information field and coding standardization, The paper puts forward the operable suggestions for the standardization of medical insurance drug information, and lays the information foundation for the formation of medical insurance payment standard.
