【摘要】：目的研究沙格列汀片在精神分裂癥合并2型糖尿病患者中多次給藥后的藥動藥效學。方法 10例精神分裂癥合并2型糖尿病男性住院患者口服沙格列汀片5 mq qd 7 d,在第7天采集12 h內動態(tài)血標本,采用HPLC-MS/MS測定血漿中沙格列汀的濃度,同時測定全血樣本中血糖水平,并用DAS3.2.4軟件對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,計算藥動學參數(shù)。結果多次口服沙格列汀片5 mg qd的主要藥動學參數(shù)ρmax為(16.27±9.28)μg·L-1,tmax為(1.70±0.48)h,t1/2為(3.33±0.59)h,AUC0-12為(45.19±18.67)μg·h·L-1,AUC0-∞為(49.15±19.71)μg·h·L-1。沙格列汀的血藥濃度與血糖水平無特異相關性。結論沙格列汀應用于精神分裂癥合并2型糖尿病患者藥動學特征在正常范圍內,安全性較好,對于部分血糖波動較大的患者控制血糖能力一般。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the pharmacodynamics of salgletine tablets in patients with schizophrenia and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 10 inpatients with schizophrenia and type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with oral salgletine tablets for 7 days. Blood samples were collected within 12 hours on the 7th day.
