【摘要】：目的:了解全國醫(yī)院藥事管理工作的現(xiàn)狀,為提高醫(yī)院用藥質量和制訂安全措施提供依據(jù)。方法:在國家衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會的組織下,由國家醫(yī)院藥事管理質控中心起草調研指標,采用網(wǎng)絡調查的形式,對各省(市、區(qū))衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會遴選的各轄區(qū)二級以上綜合醫(yī)院填報的有關2014年全國醫(yī)院藥學人員配置和藥品使用管理相關指標的數(shù)據(jù)進行篩選、確認和統(tǒng)計分析。結果:在二、三級綜合醫(yī)院中,藥學技術人員占比分別為5.2%和4.4%,每百張病床臨床藥師數(shù)分別為0.42人和0.44人,門診調劑藥學人員日人均調劑處方數(shù)分別為119張和173張,臨床藥師重點患者藥學監(jiān)護率分別為1.8%和6.9%,門診患者靜脈輸液使用率分別為12.8%和10.1%,住院患者靜脈輸液使用率分別為93.1%和90.4%,住院患者抗菌藥物靜脈輸液使用率分別為51.8%和44.3%,中藥靜脈輸液使用率分別為34.7%和29.0%。結論:我國藥事質量管理存在的問題包括藥學技術人員缺乏、工作負荷大、臨床藥師人員不足、藥學服務模式不夠健全、靜脈輸液的選擇和使用不夠規(guī)范等。針對這些問題,建議加大健康教育的宣傳力度和靜脈藥物的管理力度,配備足夠的藥學技術人員和臨床藥師,逐步健全和完善全國醫(yī)院藥事管理質量評價體系等。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the current situation of hospital drug management in China, and to provide basis for improving the quality of hospital drug use and formulating safety measures. Methods: under the organization of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the National Hospital Drug Management and quality Control Center drafted the investigation index, and adopted the form of network investigation to investigate the provinces (cities), The data on the national hospital pharmacy staffing and drug use management indicators selected by the Health and Family Planning Commission for 2014 are selected by the General Hospitals above the second level in each jurisdiction for screening, confirmation and statistical analysis. Results: in the second and third class general hospitals, the proportion of pharmaceutical technicians was 5.2% and 4.4%, respectively. The number of clinical pharmacists per 100 beds was 0.42 and 0.44, respectively. The daily average number of prescriptions of dispensing and pharmacists was 119 Zhang He / day. The pharmacological monitoring rates of the key patients in clinical pharmacists were 1.8% and 6.9%, the utilization rate of intravenous infusion in outpatients was 12.8% and 10.1%, the utilization rate of intravenous infusion in inpatients was 93.1% and 90.4%, respectively, and the utilization rate of antibiotic intravenous infusion in inpatients was 90.1% and 90.4 respectively. For 51.8% and 44.3%, the rate of Chinese herbal intravenous infusion was 34.7% and 29.0%, respectively. Conclusion: the problems in quality management of pharmacy in China include the shortage of pharmaceutical technicians, the large workload, the shortage of clinical pharmacists, the imperfect mode of pharmaceutical care, the inadequate choice and use of intravenous infusion, and so on. In view of these problems, it is suggested to strengthen the propaganda of health education and the management of intravenous drugs, to equip enough pharmaceutical technicians and clinical pharmacists, and to improve and perfect the quality evaluation system of hospital pharmacy management in China step by step.
